Establish Security, Peace, Harmony, Eliminate Terror, Avoid Bloodshed, and Conflicts between Nations Over Territories, Control, Arms Race to be the Super Power with the Threat of Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Holocaust.

It is absolutely a must that all the Proven Earth Activists and nongovernmental organizations, working on people, animal, and environmental issues, concerned deeply about our planet, cooperate, create a common entity and act jointly. Being united will make us Very Strong, Strong enough to face the mighty forces which are leading us towards a Scorched Earth.
In order to Save the Earth, we need to find a new and Sensible Political and Economic System to rule the Earth, capable of addressing the Critical Issues identified above. From Past Including Recent History, it is Obvious that Capitalist with Democracy, Communist and Dictatorship Systems of Governing Do Not Work. We need to Tame both Capitalism and Communism, and Get Rid of Dictators, with a Large Slice of the Earth’s Wealth being in the Hands of 0.1 % of the Population, or Controlled by a Handful of Party leaders. Find a Good Balance between Financial Security, the Needs, Freedom and Rights.
Replace Capitalism which Concentrates the Wealth and control in the hands of a very few , Businesses, Farms, Lands Owned and Run by a Few, with those Collectively Owned and Run by the Workers who Meet, Take Decisions, Hire and Fire Directors, a Scaled Down Capitalism with Some Central Planning, Flexibility to Experiment, Learn with Time and Adjust the Economic System with Feedback, with Fair Incomes based on Merits with Financial Security. Replace Owning Homes, Furniture and Appliances with Affordable Furnished Living Space wherever they Move. Replace Owning Vehicles with On Demand Renewable Energy based Rapid Door to Door Transport. All of these Eliminate the Burden of Loans or Mortgages to Banks and Cyclic Recessions. Provide Medical, Dental, Veterinary and Education Covered by Taxes and Reasonably Priced Green Goods and Services.

Address Climate Change with Sustainable Development of Developing Countries, Cut Wastes and Luxuries. Target Global Temperature Rise to TDB Year Level i.e. TBD PPM by the year TBD. Reduce Consumption: Ration with a Limit on CO2 and Pollutants Quota Per Person with CO2 Generating Oil or Gas Consuming Vehicles, Housing, Furniture, Cloths and Every Consumer Item. Eliminate Disposables, Compulsory Reuse and Recycle.
Drastically Reduce CO2 Generating Motor Vehicles Particularly Heavy Vehicles, Driving without Most of the Seats Occupied and Unessential Long Distance Travelling including Vacation and Pilgrimage. Create an On Demand Affordable Renewable Energy Powered Door to Door Transportation. IPCC Agreement of below 2 Deg is Pathetic. Need a Aggressive Realistic Agreement
Stop Pollution of Air, Waters and Land.
Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Individuals, Businesses and Governments, Live a Relatively Humble Life with None or Minimum Non Reusable, Non Recyclable Materials and CO2 Generating Energy and other Resources. Switch to Cycling, Walking, Shared Rides, Green Transports.
Control the Population by Mandatory Family Planning to Combat Climate Change and Reduce the Need for all Resources Including Land.

Spay and Neuter Pets to Reduce Pet Population Control Pet Trade and Adopt Pets only from Shelters as Millions of Dogs and Cats are Killed because not enough are adopted.
Promote to be Vegetarians, even better Vegans for the above reasons, to have enough Food to Feed the World Now, Address Climate Change and Reduce Strokes and Heart Attacks, caused by Fat and Cholesterol in Meat.
Reduce Fishing to TBD Kg per Person. Eliminate Fishing Trawlers to TBD Size, and Catch TBD Kilos per person, Stop Dragging Nets Along the Ocean Floor.
Deforestation Leading to Loss of Habitat, Species and Global Warming
Eliminate Deforestation which looses Natural Habitat leading to Loss of Species and Chokes the Lungs of the Earth, People and Animals without Converting CO2 into Oxygen we Breath, and Leading to Climate Change.
Return the Land we Stole from Animals and Forests Back to Earth. In Developed Countries Stop Building Malls, Highways, Roads and Airports, Individual Houses and Convert to Affordable, Energy Efficient, Roomy, Airy and Sunny with Fire, Sound, Floods, Quake Proof High Rises and Privacy, Close to Work, Still Optionally having a Small Garden in the Ground Below, Conserving Land. Close some of the Roads, Mines, Shopping Malls, Factories. Restore Continuity of Animals and Forrest Lands, with Overpasses or Underpasses in Roads and Highways for Migration of Animals so that Earth Recovers from Loss of Animal and Plant Species by Irresponsible and Uncontrolled Deforestation and Mismanagement of Land by Governments and Businesses.

Reduction and Elimination of Nuclear, Chemical, Biological and Conventional Weapons, made feasible by having a Common Earth Government, a Common Security and Peace Keeping Force.
